The utilities industry in the UK has rightfully earned a reputation for being overly complex and difficult to navigate. Industry veteran Tim Carroll recognised the need for a project management firm that could handle the challenges on their clients’ behalf. In 2021, he founded Dunore.
Two years later, the team has grown by leaps and bounds, but our reputation for stellar service has remained unchanged. We offer UK-wide coverage, working with construction companies, property developers, and multisite businesses. Our client list includes Laragh Homes, Beck Homes, Hitachi Zosen Inova, Hoburne Group, and Oaklow Group. We also provide white label services for energy retailers.

Tim Carroll is a senior leader within the energy industry, known for his ability to successfully deliver complex projects. He is responsible for ensuring the business and client objectives are achieved, and overseeing the continuing staff growth and training.
Jen's role as Executive Assistant at Dunore is all encompassing. Alongside providing essential support to the Directors and wider team, she also handles challenges with ease. Before joining Dunore, she owned a mobile prosecco bar!
With over 18 years experience in sales and leadership strategy across multiple sectors, along with a background in technical project management, Brook’s objective is to enhance Dunore’s customer experience and service delivery whilst driving growth.
Rachael helps customers with network applications and ICP tendering, schedules on-site meetings and works, and manages network and client works ensuring correct delivery.
Nicki is responsible for managing the utility installations for our clients, starting from the initial enquiry to the completion of installations and everything in between. When not at the office, Nicki can mostly be found at the stables with her horse.
Helena helps customers with new electricity and gas meter installs, from the proposal to making the booking for the installation. She has over 15 years of industry experience. Fun fact - Helena can command an elephant in Thai.
Clyde Jordaan, Chief Technology Officer at Dunore, brings over 18 years of IT experience in various sectors across the UK and Europe. He excels in delivering diverse tech solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
As Project Coordinator, Natasha works closely with Dunore's Project Managers, partners, and service providers to ensure we provide a service that we can all be proud of.
As Project Coordinator, Sam is involved in various aspects of the end-to-end project management process. Sam really enjoys site visits as they provide a real insight into a project, and support the relationships between Dunore and our customers.
